A. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

1. Basement : Includes a parking area (for four large cars), a boiler room (boiler with triple energy, oil tank), storage, bathroom, washing machines, Home Cinema, Play Room, gym.
2. Ground level : Includes a kitchen, WC, bedroom-utility room, bathroom. Space can be formed in according to the requirements of the owner and the appropriate square meters of the detached house.
3. Ground floor : Includes a large space living room and dining room with an impressive marble fireplace and a large WC. Resources are available for the construction of the kitchen according to the wishes of the customer.
4. A' Floor : Includes three en-suite bedrooms, with bathrooms lined with marble “ROSSO-PORTOGALO”, with authentic JACUZZI, with separate cloakroom, with breathtaking views of sea and mountain. Each of the three bedrooms are respectively 55 sq.m, 35 sq.m & 25 sq.m
5. Second Floor (Attic) : Includes two bedrooms, bathroom and a small kitchen.

1. Road : The pathway which leads to the garage of the house is paved with blocks with special ordered colours that matche the colour of the house.

ROSSO PORTOGALO and ALABASTER OF SKIROS marbles are placed in the bathrooms.

I. DOORS & WINDOWS

They doors are all made of fine quality Oak veneer after a special order. The sills are also made of Oak and the door cases are especially wide and made of solid Oak because of the double size of the wall.
The windows are coloured gray. The aluminium series14000 of ALUMIL have double glazing with intermediate vacuum and the colour is harmonized with the aesthetic point of view of the whole building.
The outer windows are electric powered and belong to the same series 14000 of ALUMIL. In addition all the openings have sliding screens.

I. RAILINGS

The internal staircase railings are made of stainless steel and so are those in the main entrance.

L. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

All materials (cables, electronic tables, luminaires) which have been used in all buildings are manufactured under strict specifications. Particular attention has been given to the outdoor area and especially to the luminaire in order to ensure complete waterproof characteristics. The garden is formulated with decorating and security lighting. Each level has its own electronic circuit table all with all electrical cables leading to the central table in the basement. There are also 25 outputs for television installation and each one of them leads to the central antenna. The total cable length reaches 1500m.
